Suvera case study highlighted by PMA on improving blood pressure control in general practice

We’re delighted to announce that the PMA has featured a new Suvera case study on how PCNs and GP practices have optimised hypertension management.

It takes a closer look at how virtual clinics have supported Enfield South West PCN and Half Penny Steps Health Centre to improve blood pressure control across their population.

Results include:

  • 85% target achievement on average for Half Penny Steps
  • 83% target achievement on average across all practices for Enfield South West PCN
